Canvas 2: Rainbow Colored Sketch

Hiroki Kamikura studies art at Nadesico Academy, a school that spans both high school and college levels, and hopes to become an art teacher. He also serves as the advisor to the high school art club, where his cousin Elis Housen is a member. Elis continues to paint with dedication, but Hiroki has stopped painting altogether, as if he’s set aside the ambitions he once held.

Hints of an unresolved incident linger in both of their pasts, shaping the distance between who they were and who they are now. That fragile balance is shaken when the school welcomes a new P.E. teacher, Kiri Kikyo—who, on her very first day, runs into Hiroki and recognizes him as the boy she once confessed to, only to be turned down.
