Five ordinary kids—Takuya, Kouji, Izumi, Junpei, and Tomoki—find their paths crossing aboard a mysterious train that carries them into the Digital World, where a new conflict is already underway. Thrown together by circumstance, they’re drawn into a mission that demands courage, teamwork, and quick thinking as they navigate an unfamiliar realm.

The danger centers on Cherubimon, an angel Digimon once tasked with protecting the Digital World from the ambitions of Lucemon, but who has since fallen into darkness. With the balance of the world at stake, the five Chosen Ones set out to locate the Densetsu no Spirit (Legendary Spirit) and take their place in the fight against a growing evil.
