Yuusei Fudou wants to reclaim what was taken from him. In Neo Domino City, dueling has transformed into Riding Duels—high-speed matches fought on D-Wheels, machines that combine a Duel Disk with a motorcycle. After the gifted mechanic Yuusei built his own D-Wheel, his former friend Jack Atlas stole it along with Yuusei’s signature card, Stardust Dragon, and fled from their harsh Satellite home to chase glory in the city.

Two years later, Jack stands at the top of the dueling world while Yuusei, supported by his friends, finishes a new D-Wheel and heads for Neo Domino City with one clear purpose: confront Jack and take back what’s his. Behind their rivalry, unseen forces are already moving, hinting that their clash may be tied to something much larger than a personal grudge.
