Since time immemorial, angels from Eden have been watching over the people of Earth, whom they refer to as "Earthians." Among these celestial observers are Chihaya and Kagetsuya, two agents tasked with evaluating the complexities of human nature. While Kagetsuya adheres closely to their mission, Chihaya finds himself increasingly drawn into the lives and struggles of the Earthians, often frustrating his partner with his impulsiveness.
