Synopsis

Honey Kisaragi lives by the final message her father left her before he was killed by the shadowy Panther Claw—words that continue to drive her to protect others. Behind her everyday face lies Cutie Honey, a bold, glamorous fighter who takes the battle to the organization when conventional justice can’t reach it.

Inspector Natsuko Aki relentlessly pursues Panther Claw through official channels, only to find the police outmatched. Though she initially rejects the idea of a vigilante, her wary connection with Honey gradually deepens as she comes to understand what motivates Cutie Honey’s crusade. As Honey wrestles with a growing thirst for revenge and Natsuko struggles between duty and the desire to shield someone she cares about, the two must find common ground to stand against Panther Claw.
