In the lively town of Nerima, brothers Hideki and Ichiro operate a daikon radish farm alongside their spirited cousin Mako, who often lets her vanity get the best of her. United by a shared ambition, the trio aspires to gather enough funds to construct their own concert hall, where they can showcase their band, the Nerima Daikon Brothers, and chase their dreams of musical fame. However, their farming efforts and Ichiro's part-time job at a host club fall short, prompting them to explore a series of ill-fated get-rich-quick schemes.

Their unconventional plans frequently lead them to confront local wrongdoers, attempting to reclaim stolen fortunes while bringing justice to the community. Though they manage to thwart the villains, their financial situation remains unchanged, and their antics often attract the attention of the determined policewoman Yukika Karakuri. With the quirky assistance of Nabeshin, the owner of a rental shop who supplies them with an array of gadgets, the Nerima Daikon Brothers navigate a whirlwind of hilarious misadventures, blending their passion for music with their relentless pursuit of success.
