Excel Saga

Il Palazzo, the elusive leader of the ACROSS organization, decides that world domination should begin on a manageable scale: the city of Fukuoka. To carry out that modest first step, he dispatches two low-ranking agents—hyperactive Excel and her quiet partner Hyatt—who approach every assignment with misplaced confidence and questionable competence.

Opposing them is the City Security force, a motley lineup of three mostly ordinary men, one notably strict young woman, and a few robots. No matter how straightforward the objective, Excel and Hyatt reliably turn operations into chaotic disasters, leaving a trail of destruction—and frequent fatal mishaps—in their wake.
