Synopsis

On a secluded island research complex, brilliant programmer Shiki Magata has spent years in near-total isolation, keeping the outside world at a distance. When associate professor Souhei Saikawa arrives with university student Moe Nishinosono to meet the elusive recluse, their visit is abruptly derailed by a killing that appears to be impossible—a locked-room murder inside the tightly controlled facility.
