Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children

Two years after Cloud Strife and his companions stopped Sephiroth and a catastrophic meteor threat, the victory’s scars still mark the world. Midgar was left badly damaged, and many survivors have since gathered to build a new settlement on its outskirts: Edge.

In Edge, Cloud and Tifa try to piece together a quieter life while running a courier service and caring for Barret’s adopted daughter Marlene alongside a young orphan named Denzel. Peace proves fragile as Geostigma, a mysterious illness, spreads among children—including Denzel and Cloud himself—and a trio of formidable men begins abducting the infected for reasons unknown.

Determined to protect the children and uncover the truth, Cloud is drawn into a confrontation that ties back to Sephiroth, forcing him to face unresolved guilt and the shadow of his past. The fight ahead depends on whether Cloud and the allies who once saved the planet can stand together again.
