Synopsis

Sakura Minamoto has always wanted to become an idol, but her life is cut short by a sudden traffic accident. A decade later, she awakens in Saga Prefecture as a zombie—with no memories of who she used to be. Still reeling from the shock, she’s confronted by Koutarou Tatsumi, an intense and abrasive man who claims responsibility for bringing her back.

Koutarou reveals his plan: Sakura and six other resurrected girls, each from different eras, will form an idol group to help revive Saga’s struggling economy. Thrown into performances and events under his relentless management, the girls gradually commit to the idea and choose the name Franchouchou, all while keeping their undead secret and piecing together the lives they once lived.
