Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal

In the sleek, fast-moving city of Heartland, Yuuma Tsukumo dreams of becoming the greatest duelist, even if his current skills don’t quite match his ambition. Trouble finds him when Ryouga “Shark” Kamishiro, the school bully, snaps the key Yuuma received from his father—an incident that unexpectedly pushes Yuuma closer to the future he’s been chasing.

During a duel with Shark, the broken key suddenly restores itself and summons the “Door of Destiny.” When Yuuma opens it, he encounters Astral, a mysterious alien presence that only he can see. Astral reveals that his memories have been scattered into 100 “Number Cards,” and recovering them becomes their shared mission—one made even more dangerous by the fact that others are hunting the cards as well, drawing Yuuma and Astral into escalating threats surrounding Heartland.
