The VENUS Program brings AI-driven objectivity to idol scouting, analyzing candidates through a data-based scoring system and ranking them without bias. Its biggest stage is the annual VENUS Grand Prix, created to spotlight the industry’s next standout performers. Mana Nagase rises above every competitor—until a sudden accident on the day of the finals cuts her career short.

Years later, Mana’s former manager Kouhei Makino continues working at Hoshimi Productions and sets out to form a new idol unit. During auditions he meets Kotono Nagase, Mana’s younger sister, determined to pursue the dream her sister left behind under Makino’s guidance. Another hopeful, Sakura Kawasaki, draws attention for a voice strikingly reminiscent of Mana’s. Selected alongside eight more trainees, the ten girls move into a shared dorm and begin the demanding work of becoming a cohesive group, aiming to climb through the tough realities of the idol world.
