Synopsis

Terror incidents in Japan have plummeted, largely due to Direct Attack (DA), a covert organization that trains orphaned girls as assassins under the “Lycoris” program. Takina Inoue, a highly capable Lycoris known for her discipline and drive for perfection, is removed from DA after a hostage mission ends with an act of defiance. With the only world she’s known suddenly out of reach, she’s reassigned to an unexpected post: LycoReco, a café that doubles as a front for operations.
