Synopsis

As a top operative for the villainous Kisaragi Corporation, Sentouin Roku-gou is sent on a new assignment meant to further the organization’s ambition of conquering the known universe. His target is the Kingdom of Grace, and his confidence in his own abilities only feeds an already overbearing attitude. To keep the mission on track, he’s paired with Alice Kisaragi—an outstanding android with a youthful look who shares the company’s name.

After arriving near the kingdom, the duo crosses paths with Snow, commander of the royal guard, who brings them to a shattered legendary artifact. Seeing a chance to impress his superiors, Roku-gou alters the words of a sacred ritual into something humiliating, earning the princess’s wrath—and a punishment that makes him an honorary knight. Now embedded within Grace’s inner circle, he’s expected to aid the kingdom’s fight against the Demon Lord’s Army, even as he continues to carry out Kisaragi’s not-so-heroic agenda.
