Tetsuo Tosu is shaken to discover that his daughter, Reika, may be suffering domestic abuse. Believing her yakuza boyfriend, Nobuto Matori, is responsible, he begins digging into Nobuto and the people around him. A visit to Reika’s apartment turns up signs that she isn’t the first to be harmed—and that something even worse could be waiting for her.

When Nobuto catches him snooping, the confrontation escalates into a deadly struggle, leaving Tetsuo to kill him. With his wife’s help, he hides the body, terrified of what the yakuza will do if they learn the truth. The danger deepens when it becomes clear Nobuto is the son of the organization’s boss, forcing the Tosus to rely on quick thinking and nerve as suspicion and a relentless search close in around their family.
