Synopsis

Keitarou Gentouga has long drawn the attention of spirits thanks to an unusually strong spiritual aura. After a harrowing encounter leaves his right hand cursed, he keeps it covered by a glove and tries to settle into an ordinary life as a new college student. At the urging of his childhood friend, Eiko Houzuki, he takes a job as a private tutor—and is assigned the firm’s most gifted student, Yayoi Houzuki.

Yayoi turns out to be Eiko’s cousin, and her distinctive double pupils let her perceive the spirit world. Rather than avoid it, she actively hunts vengeful entities to exorcise, driven by a tragedy that took her parents and left her searching for the powerful spirit that stole her mother’s departed soul.
