Nayu Hayama’s first days at Ounan Middle School get off to a memorable start when she trips while trying to reach the stage for a speech, accidentally revealing her distinctive underwear to the entire freshman class. The mishap instantly makes her the center of attention and sets the tone for an eventful school year.

Obsessed with underwear and convinced that a well-chosen collection matters for women of any age, Nayu eagerly tries to share her “wisdom” with classmates and even teachers. Her unusual passion, however, quickly sparks awkward rumors and draws the kind of attention she’d rather avoid—especially from boys—leaving her determined “underwear revolution” facing more hurdles than she expected.
