Legend of Black Heaven

Oji Tanaka is a Tokyo salaryman with a wife, a child, and a routine that’s settled into the ordinary. Years earlier, however, he lived a very different life: under the name “Gabriel,” he fronted the short-lived heavy metal band Black Heaven, leaving those louder days behind about 15 years ago.

Everything shifts when a mysterious blonde woman named Layla appears and urges him to pick up his Gibson Flying V again and revive his once-“legendary” guitar playing. Oji soon finds himself tangled in something far bigger than nostalgia—his music is tied to an intergalactic conflict, where each riff fuels the power of a colossal weapon in a war among the stars.
