Synopsis

Isanami, a young priestess from Izumo, sees her temple destroyed and its people massacred by a band of sinister ninja, forcing her to escape into the surrounding forest. There she crosses paths with Saizou Kirigakure, a masterless ninja of the Iga school. Together they make for Ueda Castle to seek protection from Yukimura Sanada, as Isanami’s possession of an unusual and dangerous power comes to light.
