Treasure Town whispers that the streets belong to “The Cats,” a presence that sees everything and keeps outsiders from causing trouble without permission. Behind the legend are two fearless orphan boys, Black and White, who move through the city with an unshakable confidence and a reputation that keeps most people in line.

Their hold on Treasure Town begins to fracture when the yakuza arrive and start reshaping the place they’ve claimed as home. With no one else to depend on, Black’s ferocity and White’s free-spirited resolve are all they have—but the pressure of change strains their partnership, forcing them to confront the possibility that the old Treasure Town can’t be restored.
