Synopsis

Jashin-chan, a demon from Hell, is accidentally summoned to Earth by Yurine Hanazono, a young woman deeply interested in the occult. The problem is that Yurine doesn’t know the spell to send her back, leaving Jashin-chan stranded and forced to stay in Yurine’s apartment as her familiar.

The only escape Jashin-chan can think of is killing her summoner, but her plans rarely go smoothly. Thanks to her immortality and ability to regenerate, Yurine responds to every scheme with an arsenal of brutal punishments that Jashin-chan survives—barely—only to try again. Their chaotic standoff is complicated further by visits from Jashin-chan’s fellow demons, including the gentle gorgon Medusa and the high-energy minotaur Minosu, both of whom are far more civilized and openly disapprove of her murderous intentions.
