Synopsis

Fifteen-year-old Umika Konohoshi has spent years dreaming of aliens and the day she might leave Earth to meet them. That single-minded fascination, however, has made her stand out in the wrong ways, worsening her severe social anxiety and leaving her feeling out of place among her peers. Even so, Umika clings to the belief that her future lies beyond the world she knows.

High school begins with an unexpected encounter: Umika meets Yuu Akeuchi, a classmate who says she crash-landed on Earth and can’t remember anything about her past. Eager to connect but held back by her own insecurity, Umika struggles to reach out—until Yuu reveals a mysterious ability to peer into her mind.
