At Irabu General Hospital, psychiatrist Ichirou Irabu treats the mind with a calm familiarity that makes even the strangest cases feel routine. Alongside the alluring nurse Mayumi, he meets a rotating cast of patients whose psychological conditions have begun to disrupt their everyday lives.

Mayumi’s captivating presence can be as disarming as the problems brought into the office, while Irabu himself is an enigma—seemingly shifting between three distinct personas: a lab-coat-swamped child, a sharp young man with feminine mannerisms, and a loud, self-centered green bear. His methods often veer into the questionable, and he has a habit of pursuing personal gain beyond the boundaries of his job, sometimes losing sight of what it means to be a doctor.

As each patient confronts the source of their distress, their stories reveal subtle connections, linked by a thread that’s easy to miss yet hard to ignore.
