Stray Cats Overrun!

Takumi Tsuzuki attends Umenomori Private Academy tuition-free alongside his childhood friend Fumino Serizawa, a girl known for saying the opposite of what she truly feels. His school days are rarely quiet thanks to Chise Umenomori—the board chairman’s granddaughter and a pampered “princess”—who constantly drags him into her offbeat hobbies. After classes, Takumi heads to the “Stray Cats” confectionery, the cake shop run by his adoptive older sister, Otome, before settling into what passes for his usual routine.

That routine is thrown off when Otome leaves the shop to help someone in need, and Fumino makes sure Takumi doesn’t miss their customary walk to school—an awkward morning that includes an accidental glimpse of her striped underwear. Soon after, Otome returns with Nozomi Kiriya, a runaway girl with catlike hair and mannerisms whom she can’t bring herself to abandon. With Nozomi under their roof, Takumi’s everyday life turns into lively confusion as he tries to figure out who she is and what she’s fleeing from.
