Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru

Yori and his twin sister, Iku, were inseparable growing up, but as they get older he becomes distant and avoids being alone with her, leaving Iku hurt and confused. The truth is far more complicated: Yori is in love with Iku, and living in the same room only makes his feelings harder to ignore, costing him sleep and peace of mind.

Desperate to escape what he sees as a forbidden desire, Yori tries to distract himself by sleeping with Iku’s best friend and even applies to a boarding school in another city to put distance between them. But when Iku begins talking about dating and the possibility of having a boyfriend, Yori can no longer keep silent and confesses what he wants. Iku, who loves her brother and wants them to remain together, is willing to do anything to keep their bond intact—yet Yori seeks a relationship that goes beyond family.
