Ultimate Otaku Teacher

Junichirou Kagami is a young, published physicist—brilliant in his field, but far more devoted to his life as a hopeless otaku. Guided by what he calls “YD,” a self-diagnosed condition that leaves him able to do only what he truly yearns for, he abandons a conventional scientific path to focus on running and refining his anime blog. That comfortable routine gets interrupted when he’s hired as a high school physics teacher, a job his sister Suzune insists he take rather than continue living as a NEET.

Even with little interest in teaching the standard material, Junichirou finds unexpected ways to reach his students. Through his unconventional approach, the classroom becomes a place for lessons beyond academics—about accepting others, building genuine friendships, and finding meaning in pursuing what you truly want to do.
