Kageki Shojo!!

After a scandal involving a male fan forces her out of idol group JPX48, Ai Narata resolves to keep her distance from men entirely. Seeking a fresh start, she auditions for the prestigious, all-girls Kouka School of Musical and Theatrical Arts—an elite academy that trains performers destined for the famed Kouka Theatre Troupe. Ai’s background and ability make her a natural fit for the school’s hundredth class, but her guarded, detached attitude quickly leaves her isolated among her peers.

In contrast, Sarasa Watanabe arrives brimming with confidence and ambition, determined to become an “otokoyaku,” an actress known for taking on traditionally male roles. Inspired by a childhood viewing of *The Rose of Versailles*, Sarasa sets her sights on one day playing Lady Oscar. Her blunt, eccentric nature often clashes with those around her, yet she’s the first to reach out to Ai—who ends up as Sarasa’s reluctant roommate and frequent partner in class.
