Three years later, Hiyori’s mother plans to remarry and sets up a celebratory dinner with her fiancé and his daughter. Nervous and looking for a quiet distraction, Hiyori heads to her familiar fishing spot—only to run into Koharu Minagi, a bright, high-energy girl who quickly becomes curious about fly fishing. Their chance meeting takes on new meaning when Koharu is revealed to be Hiyori’s future stepsister, and the two begin building a gentle bond through shared outings, food, and the small moments they gather together.
