Today in Class 5-2 (TV)

Today in Class 5-2 follows the everyday antics of a fifth-grade homeroom as its students stumble through school life, games, and one-upmanship. Their “adventures” are small and familiar—pranks, silly dares, and classroom misunderstandings—often sparked by the first, awkward hints of interest in the opposite sex.

Ryota Satou sits at the center of the group, but the class is very much an ensemble, with friends who shape the mood as much as he does. The girls, in particular, can seem surprisingly grown-up for their age, yet they’re just as impulsive—and sometimes even more troublemaking—than the boys.
