Vampire Princess Miyu

Shinma—shape-shifting monsters and vampires—move through the human world, intent on spreading darkness. Miyu, a royal princess of the night, is the Chosen One tasked with driving these Shinma from Earth. Though she can grant humans the promise of eternal happiness, her own existence is defined by a painful in-between state, caught between two realms and bound to solitude.

Her lone companion is Larva, once a Shinma himself and now her unwavering protector. Together they follow a shadowed path that exposes the frailties of the human heart and the sorrow of lost innocence, as Miyu endures an endless pursuit where she stands both hunter and hunted at the brink of darkness.
